As you know, I am a firm believer in community and that we should support one another as we help to move our children forward.

The youngest Abdullah, Sulaiman Abdullah, has been selected by his teachers to participate in a cultural exchange trip to Accra, Ghana, from February 11, 2026, to February 20, 2026.

During this trip he will engage in:

• Educational Institution Visits – Experience Ghana's diverse educational system through visits to primary, secondary, and post-secondary schools

• STEM & Innovation Focus – Explore cutting-edge educational technology and digital learning initiatives

• Cultural Immersion – Participate in traditional ceremonies, visit historical sites, and engage with local communities

• Leadership Development – Connect with traditional leaders and understand community governance and development

• Global Citizenship – Build international understanding and cross-cultural communication skills

This program aligns perfectly with Eagle Academy for Young Men of Ocean Hill's commitment to developing globally minded students who think critically, communicate effectively, and demonstrate social responsibility.

We are asking that the family assist in his fundraising efforts to take part in a rarely offered opportunity.
