Support Suite 208's Next Chapter

Hey fellas, if you're here, you probably know about Suite 208. If not, we've been running concerts out of our production office in Ronkonkoma since late 2023.

We've finally gotten too big for our britches and need a new place to run shows. Suite 208, as we know it now, is far too prone to shenanigans and tomfoolery, and we want a space that can better withstand said shenanigans and tomfoolery.

To break down what we need, we've tried reaching out to realtors for rental space, and it seems no one will take us because of the shenanigans and tomfoolery that come with owning a music venue. So, we're looking to try and find a place that we can fully own. On average, a property that has what we need is between $400,000 and $500,000 on Long Island—meaning once we're operational, we'll likely be paying around $3,000-$4,000 monthly in mortgage payments and utilities, which we can manage. What we can't manage, however, is making a 20% down payment so we can get the mortgage.
