My brother Chuck Huffman was a truly special person. He was passionate about cooking, always experimenting with new recipes and sharing delicious meals with friends and family. Chuck had many interests, but what stood out most was his incredible ability to make people laugh without a second thought. His warmth and humor touched everyone who knew him.

Recently, our family experienced an unimaginable loss when Chuck died by suicide. The pain of losing him is something we carry every day, but we are determined to honor his memory in a way that brings hope and help to others. That’s why I am starting this fundraiser: to support suicide prevention efforts and make a difference for those who are struggling.

All donations will go directly to The Suicide Prevention Foundation, where they will help fund education, outreach, and support services for individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. By coming together, we can raise awareness, offer support, and help prevent future tragedies. In those darkest moments, people can feel completely alone, like no one is there for them or willing to show up. But the reality is, there are people who care deeply and want to help — even when pain and silence make it hard to see or know how to reach one another.
