Sugar has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and is going in for radioactive iodine, I-131, treatment on May 5th, at RadioCat in Oakland, CA. I am creating this fundraiser inviting contributions to help with this treatment, and for the preliminary diagnostics that have been required in prep for the treatment.

Sugar has been part of my family and one of my very best friends for 16 years. She is a faithful, loving companion, a very special spirit, who enjoys life and brings light, peace, love and joy to all who know her.

I want Sugar to have the best health and happiness she can in her golden years.
