Support Sue Voelkert

As many of you know, on April 23, 2018 our Mom/Nana was in a horrific car accident. She was on her way to work when she was struck by a driver who was traveling at a high speed. This caused her to be ejected from her car. Leaving her with 10 broken ribs, a skull fracture, and bleeding and swelling of her brain. She has been intubated since her arrival to the trauma center at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. Since arriving to the trauma center she has also contracted pneumonia. 

As of today, April 27, her neck collar has been removed and she is slowly improving each day. She has an extremely long recovery ahead of her. It is unknown when she will be out of the hospital. When she does get out she will be headed to a rehabilitation facility. Due to her long recovery she will be unable to work for several months. Along with any medical expenses not covered by her insurance, this is going to cause a financial hardship. We appreciate all the love and prayers our mom has received.
