Support stroke survivor and wife through recovery.
Donation protected
Jim Coburn is well known in his community as being a hardworking family man who never says no to a favor. He has always put others first and spent his life helping those who need it whenever he can. At the age of 55 he suffered a major hemorrhagic stroke that has left him paralyzed on the left side of his body. Jim has always been a blue collar man and this tragedy has left him unable to work. His wife, Lorraine, has spent every ounce of her free time and energy supporting him through this difficult time. The road to recovery is going to be long, exhausting, and expensive for them. They are parents to three kids, grandparents to six grandchildren, and Aunt/Uncle to 17 nieces & nephews.

The stroke happened on December 15th 2018. Jim is still recovering in the hospital and has made enormous progress. Surly this can be attributed to his positive attitude and consistent hard work in physical therapy. He is set to enroll in a stroke rehab center in the near future. The financial burden is quickly creeping its way onto Jim and Lorraine, making this a rather urgent matter. Your donation will help us raise the money needed to pay for medical bills not covered by insurance and help cover some of the cost of making their home handicap accessible.
Jim and Lorraine are honest and selfless people who really need your help. Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Friends and Family of Jim and Lorraine.
