I've made progress & I am now focused on Education so people can recognize the early signs and symptoms of a STROKE. I was FAST, but not FAST enough, even with a medical background as an ICU Registered Nurse. Do not ever waste time, get to the Emergency Room FAST and #BeFast~

I live with deficits every day from my hemorrhagic stroke; I cannot change, but I can make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else if I can. I NEED YOUR HELP!

I am excited to announce the creation of my non-profit, #fxckStroke.org. This organization will focus on educating the public about cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) and strokes. Time is critical when it comes to strokes, and recognizing the signs and symptoms quickly can save lives.

My background in nursing helped me get to the emergency department fast during my stroke, but not everyone knows to act swiftly. #fxckStroke.org aims to change that by providing valuable information and resources to help people understand the importance of early detection and intervention.
