Support Stress-Free Education from Mr. Morales

Hello, this is Mr. Robert Morales, OnRamps Chemistry Instructor at Bellaire High School. Many students have asked me what I would like for Teacher Appreciation Week and, rather than receiving coffee, Amazon gift cards, or potpourri, there is one large purchase that I would like that I believe would improve my work as a teacher regardless: a treadmill. I pay for a gym membership, but my gym is quite packed so I only get to run on a treadmill twice a week. Additionally, my neighborhood is particularly unwelcoming to pedestrians (no sidewalks and wide roads with fast drivers), so a personal treadmill would allow me to run every day of the week. Cardio is excellent for my anxiety and, the less stress a teacher has, the better they can educate. I believe I might be able to find a used treadmill for $300 but a decent new one might cost as much as $1,000.
