I am Gavin Lancaster and I run a unique education programme which helps primary school children develop their dreative writing, reading, speaking, communicating and teamwork skills using the media of radio.

Stranton FM was set up in 2014 and is a 24hr 7day internet radio station with all of it’s content written and recorded by primary school pupils while I help guide them, edit and schedule.

Until recently we were funded by the school but now need to self fund to continue, our annual running costs are just under £4000 which covers our licences and 5 hours per week salary.
