Hello, we’re Shezka and Angel and this is our baby girl Stormy. Stormy is a 4 year old German Shepherd who recently had a severe anaphylactic shock while at the dog park. She was then hospitalized overnight due to her critical condition and was released the following day after recovering. However, she was re-admitted to the emergency clinic the following morning after throwing up multiple times. Stormy was diagnosed with having her general clotting system disrupted due to the anaphylactic shock and is showing clear symptoms of internal bleeding. Fortunately she’s receiving plasma treatment and is reacting well to it. However, between the use of plasma, over night stays, and a plethora of different scans, her bill has skyrocketed.
Stormy is a very sweet and calm pup with a very charming personality. She loves her walks, squirrels, water, and is always up for new adventures. She was a rescue down in Florida and has had a lot of unfortunate experiences with past owners. Stormy came to Angel during her toughest times in the military and has since been her battle buddy in life.
Angel recently left her active duty military status and will not be starting her new job until after August. This has put a lot of financial hardship on the both of us as my current income can only stabilize our basic needs and bills. We hope that this story has touched your hearts. Angel and I are so grateful for your support. Thank you.
