Support Stormee's Life-Saving Surgery

On April 26th, 2025, the Eckman family welcomed Stormee the kitten, their 7-year-old daughter's first pet. Stormee quickly became, and will remain, a beloved member of the family.

On June 14th, 2025, during a routine wellness check, the vet noticed Stormee's unusual breathing. An X-ray revealed a diaphragmatic hernia, with his intestines protruding through it. After consulting with surgeons, it was determined that surgery has a 90% success rate for Stormee to become a healthy cat, while without it, there is no chance of survival.

The estimated cost of the procedure is between $5500 and $6500, which is currently beyond the Eckman's financial means. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
