Stevi, my daughter, is an 85% burn survivor and amputee. Her life changed dramatically after her accident, and she has faced unimaginable challenges ever since. Unable to find employment due to her disability, Stevi has had to move in with us as she continues to recover. She has undergone 58 surgeries so far, with many more ahead, including some this summer. The journey has been long and difficult, and the financial strain on our family has been immense. We are now focused on helping Stevi heal and regain her independence so she can be a productive member of society once again.

The funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly toward Stevi’s prosthetic arm, ongoing surgeries, travel, and living expenses for medical procedures. Living on disability doesn’t provide much, and just the travel alone has maxed out all of our credit cards. Every dollar will help Stevi access the care she needs and give her the best chance at a brighter future.

It takes a village, and our community is one of the best, most caring communities I’ve ever experienced. We feel joy anytime we see any of our supporters and love that people come up and approach us to talk about her story.
