Hi, my name is Eva, and I’m raising funds for my cat Stevie, who means the world to me.

A couple of weeks ago, Stevie injured her back leg. At first, it seemed mild, but when it didn’t improve, I took her to the vet as soon as I could. Today, after a full exam and imaging, I was told that Stevie has a severely dislocated kneecap (Grade 3–4 medial patellar luxation) and will require surgical correction in order to walk comfortably and avoid long-term pain or permanent damage.

I’ve already spent $2,700 in the past month on diagnostics, exams, and pain management, and unfortunately, that was just the beginning. The surgery and recovery costs are far more than I can manage on my own, especially as a full-time student.

Stevie is a sweet, affectionate cat who loves curling up beside me and following me from room to room. Watching her struggle to move has been heartbreaking, and I want nothing more than to give her the care she needs to live a pain-free life.
