Steve has always been someone who puts others first, even when life has been difficult for him. Recently, he suffered a major stroke and was found unconscious and unresponsive in his trailer after being there for several days, maybe even a week. He was transferred to an extensive rehabilitation facility, but the effects of the stroke have been devastating. Steve cannot move his right arm or leg, he cannot speak in a way that can be understood, and he does not know his own name or recognize his siblings. He is confused, disoriented, and facing a long road to recovery.
Right now, Steve has no way to pay for his rent, utilities, insurance, food, or clothing. The medical bills are already piling up, and he will need ongoing care and support as he works to regain his strength and independence. Our family is doing everything we can, but we cannot do it alone.
Steve has a big, loving heart and has always helped anyone he could. Now, it is our turn to put him first and help him out in any way possible. Any amount you can give, along with your prayers and support, would mean the world to us. Thank you for taking the time to read Steve's story and for considering a donation to help him on his journey to recovery.
