Hello and thanks for taking your time to read this. On the morning of Saturday June 1st our dear friend Steve Garay experienced a very traumatic seizure. Steve was taken to the hospital via ambulance where he underwent several tests. Unfortunately, Steve had a second seizure at the hospital, but the staff quickly administered medication to control it. The neurologist and subject matter experts determined a tumor or mass build up near the pituitary gland in Steve's head through MRIs and tests. It was decided that immediate surgery was necessary to remove the tumor. Steve's underwent brain surgery was approximately from 5-6 hours, surgeons removed more than 95% of the tumor in the pituitary gland. Steve and his loved ones are currently anxiously waiting on the results to determine if the tumor is benign or cancerous.

Steve is a recent newborn father, a loving fiancé, head of household, a dedicated friend, a son, a brother, and is currently facing this dramatic experience that significantly impacts his life and many others. This unexpected health crisis has been strenuous. Due to his condition, doctors recommend to Steve that he will be unable to drive for the next three months from the date of the operation.
