Support Steve's Recovery After Heart Surgery

On 7/21 Steve had quadruple bypass surgery. During surgery and recovery he coded multiple times. He was rushed back into surgery to repair a small hole and remove several blood clots from his chest cavity. He is currently in ICU on a respirator in stable condition, although not awake and alert yet. Tomorrow (8/1) he will have an ablation and angiogram to address blood pressure and A Fib issues. Each day they lower the sedation, but it is a work in progress and will need to be done slowly. The nurses have assured the family he is responding, and his progress is good. Anyone who knows Steve, knows that he would give the shirt off his back if you needed it. He has always been there to help anyone whenever it was needed, now it’s our turn to return the favor. We are asking for help raising funds to offset some of the medical and general expenses. Please keep him in your prayers, we will post updates as they become available.
