Steve Foss, my best friend, has always been someone who brings energy and joy to those around him. Recently, Steve was involved in a work-related accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. This life-changing event has created urgent needs for Steve, especially when it comes to making his home accessible and ensuring he has the equipment and support he needs to live as fully as possible.

Steve is a true hero—he served two tours in Afghanistan as part of the infantry and has always been passionate about helping others. He’s a huge sports fan, played basketball in high school, and has a deep love for theme parks, especially the Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Tampa Bay Rays. Despite the challenges he now faces, Steve’s spirit remains strong, and he’s determined to keep enjoying the things he loves.

The funds raised here will go directly toward modifying Steve’s home to make it handicap accessible, purchasing essential medical equipment like eye tracking glasses, and, if possible, helping him experience the joy of theme parks and other activities that bring him happiness.
