Hi Everyone. I’m creating this page on behalf of my husband Steve! If you are seeing this page, you likely already know Steve. But in case you do not, let me share a little about who he is.

He is my very best friend! He’s one of those rare people that you meet and feel like you have known forever. He takes the role of friend VERY SERIOUSLY as many of you can attest to. He always shows up. If you need him, he is there. If he can help in ANY WAY, he does! He’s been a mentor, coach, connector, networker, you name it, so many there’s no way I could list them all!

We’ve been married for 24 years. We have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren…that’s the personal background…. Now here’s the medical stuff.

Steve was initially diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in March 2025.

A biopsy was performed and based on his numbers, active observation was an available option, so this was the approach that was taken.

Fast forward to August 2025, a second biopsy was performed and we were advised there was progression. The oncologist stated observation was no longer viable and a prostatectomy was scheduled for October 16th.

Approximately 3 weeks before the surgery, the elders of our church shared that they were praying for Steve and were led to suggest he get a second opinion.

Steve had an MRI and consultation and was introduced to a new option to defeat the disease, the TULSA Procedure.

I’d like to pause here and insert a PSA…. Get a second opinion, you must be your own advocate! Now, back to Steve!

Steve’s appointment with Dr. Busch lasted over 3 hours! He took his time meeting with us, explaining everything about the location of the cancer, the way the procedure works, the recovery time, and everything in between. When comparing the risk to surrounding cells, muscles, organs and such, there really is no comparison!

The TULSA Procedure outperforms prostatectomy and radiation by leaps and bounds! I encourage you to investigate it and share the info with others.

And I know, it sounds great, right! The only issue is our insurance does not cover the cost of the procedure. It is $35,000 to have this done. We know it is a big amount. But we also know we serve a BIG GOD!

The surgery is scheduled for March 31, 2026. The fee must be paid in full by March 17th!
