Hi, my name is Steve Fontenot some of you may know me as Clyde or SteveO. I've needed my left hip replaced since March 2025, it's been a very long road, I was suppose to have surgery in September then it got pushed to October and in the mean time it completely locked up on me, I went to the hospital and they found i had an infection, they flew me to Iowa City, this happened September 21st, I was there for a month, they found i has e-coli sepsis in my bloodstream. So they had to remove my hip and I'm on iv antibiotics 3x a day. I go for my ct November 26th to see if I'm clear of the infection. They are talking January or February before I can get my new hip in, if all goes well. We still have several trips to Iowa City yet. We are trying to raise money for travel expenses and bills, medical, food, lodging, etc. Thank you, The Fontenot’s
