It is with extremely heavy hearts that on Sunday, September 27, Steven Schrembeck passed away unexpectedly.

His loss has come as a devastating shock to all of us, especially to those who knew Steven and experienced firsthand what an incredibly bright, kind, loving, and generous person he was. Steven was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was a bright light in all of our lives and brought immense joy, laughter, and love to everyone around him.

Steven was incredibly smart and endlessly curious. He worked as a developer and was constantly dreaming up new entrepreneurial ideas, projects, and ways to make life better for other people. He was especially passionate about finding ways to help other people with ADHD, something he understood personally. But despite his intelligence and ambition, Steven never cared much about material things. What mattered to him was making the people around him happy, spending time with the people he loved, getting outside, and experiencing the beauty and wonder of the world with his family.

Steven leaves behind his wife, Amanda, and their two young sons, Ezra and Asher. Steven was the sole provider for his family, while Amanda devoted herself full-time to raising their boys, homeschooling them, and caring for their unique needs. Both boys have learning disabilities that require additional support, care, and expenses.

We are asking for your help as their family navigates this unimaginable transition. Donations will help ease the immediate financial burden of funeral and cremation expenses, everyday living costs, and the ongoing care and needs of the boys as Amanda adjusts to life without Steven.

We are heartbroken that Steven’s life was cut so short and that his family has been left with such an enormous hole in their lives. While we cannot take away the grief or change what has happened, we can surround them with love and support and help ease some of the financial burden they now face.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to help provide Amanda and the boys with some stability and breathing room during this incredibly difficult time.
