My name is Steven, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing one of the hardest times of my life. A few years ago, I became seriously ill with severe back problems that require daily pain medication. Not long after, I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and COPD. Now, I’m on oxygen 24/7, and even walking a short distance leaves me out of breath. Because of my health, I lost my job and can no longer work. The bills have started piling up—rent is late, medical bills keep coming, and I can’t keep up with credit card payments. I’m also behind on my car payments and insurance, and I need to sell my car and find a cheaper one just to make ends meet.

Living on Social Security isn’t enough to cover these urgent needs, and I have no life or burial insurance, which adds to my worries. I’m doing everything I can, but it’s become overwhelming. I’m opening up to you from the bottom of my heart, asking for a little assistance if it’s possible.
