Hi everyone,

My name is Ashleigh, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times our family has faced.

My fiancé, Steven, is an incredibly hard-working and loving father. He has always put our family first, doing everything he can to provide for us and support our children with love, strength, and dedication.

Steven will be undergoing open heart surgery, a life-saving procedure that will require a long and challenging recovery. As you can imagine, this has turned our world upside down.

Because of the seriousness of the surgery, Steven will be unable to work for the next few months, and I will also need to take time off work to care for him and our children. This means we will have little to no income during a period when we’re also facing significant medical expenses and the usual costs of supporting our family.

We’re not used to asking for help, but right now, we need our community more than ever. We are raising funds to help with:

• Medical bills and post-surgery care

• Any unforeseen costs during Steven’s recovery

• Lost income
