Title: Support Steven Johnson After a Life-Changing Accident

Hi everyone,

I’m creating this GoFundMe to support Steven Johnson, who has been my brother’s best friend since childhood and has truly been like family to us for many years.

While celebrating his birthday, Steven slipped on the ice and suffered a severe injury. He was airlifted to St. Louis University Hospital, where doctors discovered he had broken his neck at the C3 and C4 vertebrae. Steven underwent emergency surgery on his neck and is now facing a long and difficult road to recovery.

If you know Steven, you know he is one of the most determined and loving people out there. He’s an avid weightlifter and a constant source of inspiration, famously sharing his 4:00 a.m. workouts on Instagram to motivate others. Steven approaches everything in life — his fitness, his friendships, and his love for family — with the same drive and heart. His favorite reminders to others are #getupanddosumn and #MoveYourBody, and right now, he’s facing the toughest challenge of his life with that same determination.

In addition to overwhelming medical expenses, Steven is currently unable to work due to his injuries. The loss of income, combined with hospital bills, rehabilitation, and ongoing care, has created an enormous financial burden during an already heartbreaking time.
