Support Steven's Family Through Their Loss

We are heartbroken to share the devastating loss of Steven Michael Shaul, a kind, courageous, and deeply loved young man who tragically lost his battle with PTSD. His passing has left a void that can never be filled, but his memory lives on in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.

Steven was a bright light — thoughtful, generous, and always putting others before himself, even while quietly struggling with an invisible pain. PTSD is a cruel and silent burden that far too many carry, and it took him from us far too soon.

Although Steven was a veteran, he and his family wished not to have a full military funeral. Although some of the funeral and memorial expenses have fallen on the family, the VA will pay a portion of the funeral and carry out military honors.

We are raising funds to help cover these costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us honor Steven and others who may be fighting similar battles.

Please help us spread awareness, fight the stigma surrounding mental health, and remember not for how he died, but for how he lived — with love, courage, and a heart full of hope.
