Help Steven Noguera Get a New Heart

A very dear friend needs Nosara's help! Estiven Noguera Ruiz, 21, son of tour guide Junior Noguera and wife Yensi Ruiz, needs a heart transplant!

This hard-working family of humble means has been trying their best to make ends meet since Estiven's diagnosis of severe heart failure. After having made multiple trips to Nicoya trying to diagnose his condition, and subsequently undergoing emergency care to stabilize him, he is currently confined to his home in Nosara awaiting further testing and preparatory treatments in San Jose where the surgery will be performed.

It is for this reason that the family resorts to asking for collaboration from the community to be able to go through this long, very difficult process. They humbly ask for your support to help cover travel expenses and lost wages. Please, any little bit will be an enormous help!
