Hi, it's been ten months since I posted about 21-year-old Estiven Noguera, of Nosara, Costa Rica, and his battle with severe heart failure. The family is eternally grateful for all the donations to date which have helped finance multiple trips to San Jose's Calderon Guardia Hospital for a host of difficult tests and various studies. Now Estiven is currently on the waiting list for a heart transplant.

The family has learned that post-surgery, he'll need to recuperate in a suitable dwelling that meets very specific standards. This family currently has a very modest home; it is not in a condition to care for a heart transplant patient. They will need to make many upgrades to their current home.

For this reason, the family is again turning to the community for assistance in helping Estiven succeed. We sincerely appreciate anyone who can contribute to this worthy cause.

Hola, han pasado diez meses desde que publiqué sobre Estiven Noguera, de 21 anos, de Nosara, Costa Rica, y su lucha contra la insuficiencia cardíaca grave. La familia está eternamente agradecida por todas las donaciones recibidas hasta la fecha, que han ayudado a financiar múltiples viajes al Hospital Calderón Guardia de San José para diversas pruebas y estudios complejos. Actualmente, Estiven se encuentra en lista de espera para un trasplante de corazón.

La familia ha sabido que, después de la cirugía, deberá recuperarse en una vivienda adecuada que cumpla con requisitos muy específicos. Actualmente, esta familia cuenta con una vivienda muy modesta; no está en condiciones para atender a un paciente con trasplante de corazón. Necesitarán realizar numerosas mejoras en su vivienda actual.

Por esta razón, la familia recurre nuevamente a la comunidad para que ayuden a Estiven a salir adelante. Agradecemos sinceramente a cualquier persona que pueda contribuir a esta noble causa.
