My name is Steven Lee, and I have created this fundraiser following my diagnosis with Cranio Cervical Instability (CCI). I am raising funds for a medical procedure known as the PICL, performed by Dr. Chris Centeno in Denver, Colorado. This costly procedure involves being sedated and having injections into the stabilizing ligaments at the base of my skull to fortify them.
