Please help my sister Belen and her beautiful Daughters Divina (10 years old), Bella (8 years old), and Jizele (7 years old).
Steven Darnell Smith Jr.,a son, a father and a friend lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in Sacramento, CA. Steven a.k.a. June was fun to be around he was a lovable person and a hard worker. Steven is a father to five children three of which he had with my sister Belen. This unexpected and unfortunate loss has caused my family such a heartbreak. It's been so hard emotionally, physically and mentally to except this. I feel so much for my sister and my nieces who are going to miss cheerleading practice, basketball practice, school rides or doing homework with their father. The girls will miss their amazing dad and his cooking. They were all daddy's little girls. I pray that God gives my family the strength to overcome this horrific situation.
Belen and Steven were together 11 years and planned on finally getting married, but unfortunately that day will no longer come. As her brother and their uncle, I am trying to get them as much help as possible. Having to see my sister and nieces go through this is absolutely horrible. Belen is now a single mother of 3. She is only a waitress and without the financial help Steven was providing, she will barely be if not, making ends meet.
We are helping with what we can. We are asking for your support in helping her as a mother get back on her feet to be able to provide and deal with everything she is going through. She has had to take some time off from work to be able to process everything with her childfren and to deal with everything coming up with the viewing and funeral approaching.
We are a very strong and united family and will do whatever we can to help them survive. I urge you to please help her and the girls get a decent start to their new beginging.
