UPDATE: Dad has passed. At 10:43pm 10/27/2025. Thank you all for your help so far. We have a little ways to go but I want to thank you all for everything you’ve done to help so far.

Hi, my name is Tim VanMierlo and my dad, Steve VanMierlo, is in his final moments of life. He has been battling cancer for a few years now and the cancer has won. It’s been extremely hard on all of us kids taking care of him and handling his needs, but we need help for his funeral arrangements.

Dad drove a cab for Mama Nancy Cabs in Murray, KY for years and was loved by each of his cab riders and co-workers. Anything you can donate will be very much appreciated and if you can’t donate, that’s okay. We ask that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers and maybe share this so we can reach as many people as possible to help us give Dad the best funeral we can. I will update everyone to the best of my ability. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for helping our family.
