Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my stepdad, Steve Allen Tucker. We recently received the devastating news that Steve has been diagnosed with Stage 3 lung cancer. Right now, we are awaiting a referral to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston to begin specialized oncology care.

Steve is a Master Mason with the Burke Masonic Lodge and has always been someone who gives without expecting anything in return. Over the years, he’s quietly and selflessly helped so many people in our community. Now, he’s the one in need of help.

Steve cherishes time with his family, especially his grandkids. He’s happiest outdoors—whether it’s fishing on the lake or hunting in the woods. Despite this difficult diagnosis, he remains hopeful and strong.

At this time, doctors believe surgery may not be an option, but there’s still a possibility it could be in the future. This journey will involve frequent trips to Houston, which means significant expenses for travel, lodging, and other necessities.
