My name is Brenda and I'm starting this GoFundMe for my friend, Steve Somers.

Steve’s always helped others, NOW Steve needs HELP! He’s too embarrassed to ask for himself. So (with his permission) I’m asking for him.

Steve’s bright light has been dimmed with job loss, financial struggles, and personal health issues. He’s been actively looking for work for quite a while, but with no success.

He’s now temporarily staying with a friend, but has reached the end of his savings and desperately needs help getting back on his feet again.

Steve's always been there for me as I struggled with my own health issues, relationship problems, and other troubles. I know I'm not the only one of his friends and family who have benefitted from his kindness, emotional support, and endlessly entertaining stories.
