Support Steve Rogowski's Final Wish

Donation protected
Our father, Steve Rogowski, passed away on December 23rd, 2024. For several years, he suffered from numerous neurological symptoms, including dizziness, double vision, impaired gait, and even struggling to speak, that seemingly continued to progress. Over the course of about 4 years and 5 neurologists later, Steve was diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). This is a progressive disease with no treatment. Steve's wish was for his brain to be donated to science. He wanted someone to be able to study his brain and hopefully learn or gain insight from it. We have learned that donating your brain is a process/task. We were finally able to find a brain bank to take our father's brain. It is now at Mayo Clinic in FL, where they actually do research on the disease he was afflicted with. We are asking that in lieu of flowers, you instead consider donating to the cost of the coordination of the brain donation, the harvesting of his brain as Steve did not have any life insurance. Any additional funds received will be used toward Steve's cremation and final resting place. Myself and Carolyn hope that our father's last gesture on Earth will help someone else in the future.
