It is with a very saddened heart that we have to share the heartbreaking news that Steve Dutt passed away today, August 20th, with his wife, Teasha, by his side.

Steve touched the lives of many, and his loss is deeply felt by all who knew and loved him. During this incredibly difficult time, we ask that you please keep Teasha and the family in your thoughts and prayers.

Steve Dutt and Teasha Dutt are facing an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time. Steve was recently admitted to the hospital in Boise, Idaho, after a vessel ruptured in his esophagus. He made it through emergency surgery, and for that, everyone is deeply grateful. However, Steve still has a long and difficult road ahead. Steve is currently on life support and continues to fight for his recovery. Teasha has remained by Steve’s side in Boise, supporting him through every moment of this unimaginable situation. She is carrying an incredible amount right now, especially after recently losing her mother. Now, she is facing the unimaginable fear of possibly losing her husband as well. After such a heartbreaking loss, no one should have to face this kind of fear and uncertainty alone.

With Steve unable to work and Teasha by his side, they are facing not only the emotional weight of this crisis but also the financial stress that comes with medical bills and lost income. Right now, Steve and Teasha need us more than ever. This fundraiser is intended to help ease some of that financial burden so they can focus on what matters most—Steve’s healing and recovery, and being together through this incredibly difficult time.
