Recently, Stephen faced a life-altering event while hiking—he fell over 110 feet off a waterfall, suffering a fractured pelvis, dislocated femur, spinal damage, and a broken tailbone. Miraculously, he was rescued at the bottom of the falls by a Navy SEAL who rendered first aid and shares Stephen’s passion for Jesus. Since the accident, Stephen has undergone three surgeries and has began in-hospital physical therapy. This tragedy comes just two months after the sudden loss of his father in a motorcycle accident. Through it all, Stephen continues to stay positive and lean on his faith, inspiring everyone around him.
Funds raised through this GoFundMe will help Stephen and his family with mounting medical bills, rehabilitation costs, travel expenses, and the support they need during this challenging time. We humbly ask for your support—no contribution is too small, and every donation brings hope and relief. Giving to this GoFundMe is a meaningful way to stand with Stephen and his family in their time of greatest need and show that they are not facing this alone. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page is also a powerful act of kindness. Together, we can help provide comfort, stability, and most importantly a community that loves this family with the spirit of Christ.
