Support Stephan Seable's Journey to Mobility

Hello friends, family, and neighbor's,

Our father, Stephan Seable, had a big fall and broke his spine before Christmas. Miraculously, he was not paralyzed, but his recovery will be long and difficult. His mobility and ability to care for himself during the long recovery are extremely reduced. Even after recovery, there will need to be some modifications to his lifestyle.

We are raising funds to help prepare his bedroom and home for his limited mobility. This will involve things insurance does not cover, like the co-pay on a hospital bed, grab bars, and an adjustable shower seat.

There are funding needs for things such as removing carpet and installing hard surfaces without doorway transitions, widening doorways to accommodate a wheelchair, flipping doors around or replacing swing doors with sliding doors.

There will be a need to purchase some furniture that is ADA compatible and accommodates limited mobility.

Additionally, we are looking to obtain a wheelchair accessible mini van or SUV.

My father is an amazing artist finds joy in creating art. We will also be helping put a simple and more accessible studio in his home or off his back porch.

The donations will be extremely helpful added to what the family is contributing.
