Hey, folks, my name is Stephen Jean and I am in some need of monetary assistance due to medical issues. I have missed a lot of work due to gastrointestinal problems. I have seen my doctor and have been put on medication and a restricted diet. I am feeling better than I was, but still have times that are worse than others.

The paid medical leave I was receiving through my insurance has run out, and I am in the process of applying for long term disability coverage. That being said, I have several bills and rent due soon and my finances are extremely tight at the moment.

I always hate asking for financial assistance, but I cannot think of another way to take care of all this right now.
