Hiiiiii, if you don't already know my name is Stephanie, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support as I pursue a lifelong dream: I have been asked to try out for the Women’s Professional Baseball League (WPBL) which is taking place in Washington, D.C. at the end of August 2025!! (The league starts in May 2026)

Baseball has been a part of my life since the day I was born. It runs deep in my blood—on both sides of my family, the love for the game is strong. From the first time I held a glove, I knew baseball was more than just a sport to me—it’s home, it’s purpose, it’s passion. It taught me about strength, hope, heartbreak, and patience. I've worked hard to hone my skills, stay in shape, and stay connected to the game I love!

Now, for the first time in 80 years, there's a professional league for women in the United States, and I have the chance to step onto that field—not just for myself, but for every woman who came before me who never got this chance, and for every little girl who dreams of playing baseball one day.

I want to be a trailblazer. I want to honor the brave women who played DESPITE the odds, the ones who were NEVER allowed to, and the ones who aged out before the world finally opened the door. I want to be proof that dreams—especially women’s dreams in sports—are worth chasing, no matter how big or out of reach they may seem. This is more than a dream—this is history in the making, and I want to be a part of it.

Asking for help doesn’t come easy for me. I’m a humble person and rarely ask for anything. But this opportunity means so much to me, and I can't do it alone.

I’m raising funds to help cover the costs of travel, lodging, tryout fees, coaching, baseball equipment, batting cage membership and other expenses for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
