My name is Stephanie. I lost my apartment and job after a year and a half. I've tried shelters, housing, and all resources available and haven't had any luck finding a place to live. I'm also trying to get joint custody of my daughter since her father filed for custody the day I was served eviction papers. I hardly have any family left, and my friends aren't in a position to help me. I'm currently blessed enough that one friend is letting me sleep in the back of their van, but it's 3 hours from my kids. I just need a chance to get back on my feet and somewhere to stay so I can find a job! I hardly ever ask for help and usually give my last dollar to help others. I'm just praying someone out there will give me a chance to get back on my feet.
