Hello, I am searching for a KIDNEY DONOR my name is Stephanie I am 30 years old. My husband and I are high school sweet hearts and I am the mother of our one year old baby boy. I am praying and searching for a KIDNEY DONOR to bless our family with giving me a second chance at life. I was born with one kidney that is now at the end stage of renal failure and rapidly declining due to PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease). Your selfless act of being tested to become my KIDNEY DONOR will bless us with an additional 10+ years with my family. I live a healthy happy lifestyle and will continue to do so once I receive my new kidney to prolong the longevity of the kidney function.
