Support Stephanie's Fight Against Leukemia

Hello, my name is Mikayla Albaugh and I'm seeking help in regards to the Smith Family. On August 7th, 2024, this single mom was hit with the devastating and tragic news that her 6-year-old daughter Stephanie was diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Leukemia. To know Stephanie and her mom Mikala is to love them. They live in a small town on the outskirts of Columbus, Ohio. Stephanie is a lover of T-Ball, Dance, (and most importantly) dogs. She was on the cusp of starting 1st grade when the symptoms started. Trusting her gut, Mikala took Stephanie to Nationwide Children's Hospital where they received the news that has altered their life.

They are paving way on this new unexpected path and with unanticipated decisions on the horizon, Mikala has had to take time away from work to be there with her daughter. And with the undoubted amount of life changes headed their way, I wanted to feel like I could do more than just offer my thoughts and prayers. I want to make sure this beautiful family can focus on getting healthy, and not worry about anything else during this trying time.
