Stephanie is the heart and soul behind Breath of Life Training. For years, she has poured herself into her students, her team, and her small business; always showing up for others, whether that meant a kind word, a helping hand, or simply being a friend.

One week ago, Stephanie’s world was turned upside down when she suffered a massive heart attack. She was rushed into immediate surgery on July 20th, and doctors placed two stents to help restore blood flow to her heart. She spent 8 days in a coma before waking up. A moment so many of us prayed for…. On July 26th, she underwent a tracheostomy to help support her breathing. As of today, she is now awake and finally breathing 100% on her own since the new trach was placed. She is still in ICU and has a long road to recover ahead of her.

Anyone who has met Stephanie knows her strength, her dedication, and the genuine care she brings to everything she does. As her best friend, I’ve witnessed firsthand how much she means to her students and our community. Now, Stephanie needs our support to help ease the financial burden of medical expenses, rehabilitation, and daily costs while she is unable to work. Your generosity will allow her to focus fully on healing and getting back to the life and people she loves.
