Before his passing, her home was tragically destroyed when a water heater caught fire and caused severe flooding. Now, Stephanie is not only grieving the loss of her son but also struggling to rebuild her home, pay for Gavin's funeral, and care for her family.

Stephanie has faced unimaginable challenges over the past months. While traveling back and forth between Georgia and Texas to ensure Gavin received the best possible cancer treatment, her home was devastated by a water heater fire and subsequent flooding, leaving it completely unlivable. Despite this hardship, Stephanie focused all her energy on Gavin’s care and treatment.

Tragically, Gavin passed away on 01/10/2025, leaving Stephanie heartbroken and struggling to provide stability for her family. In addition to grieving her loss, Stephanie must now find a way to rebuild her home and provide for her other children, who are also grappling with the loss of their brother.
