Our dear friends and neighbors, Stephanie and Lucas, experienced a tragedy a few days ago when a massive tree crushed their small home. They barely escaped with their lives and almost lost their dog. Their one car was crushed, and they are trying to piece their lives back together. Adding insult to injury, the generator a friend had loaned to them was stolen. Electricity would help keep them warm and safe.

This was such a close call… Being trapped in their house… We did take them to the emergency room and besides being bumped around and crushed… No broken bones! But they are dealing with the shock of it all and trying to move forward.

So many people have reached out asking if there is a way that they can help Stephanie and Lucas… So our neighborhood decided to create a GoFundMe to help them have some stability while they go through this process of piecing back together their lives.
