Support Stephanie and Her Family in Crisis

As many of you know, Stephanie Bernard, of Stuart, FL is facing an unimaginable tragedy. Her world was turned upside down on January 7th, 2025 when her husband, Shawn Bernard, suffered a massive heart attack. On January 9th, 2025, despite intensive life saving measures, Shawn was declared deceased.

Shawn Bernard of Stuart, Fl. Owner & Operator of True Friends Moving Company, was proudly the sole financial provider for his family, which included a daughter of his own and 5 stepchildren ranging between the ages of 8-22 . Stephanie while also being a dedicated follower of Christ, outstanding mother, and homemaker, worked tirelessly behind the scenes handling the clerical functions of their family business. Unfortunately due to season change, and the health issues Shawn was facing, prior to his heart attack, their family was already in the process of facing a financial crisis.

Stephanie, Shawn, and I have been friends for nearly 10years. They have always been a phone call away to offer me prayer, love, and support when I needed it most. But now is the time God has called upon me to be that person for them. As you all know Stephanie and Shawn would love and support so many people in our community despite their “status” or “class”. Whether it was Shawn buying countless homeless members in our community a hot meal while offering prayer, love, & support. Or Stephanie, offering generous moving discounts to those in need and unable to afford their services. They were always giving back and finding ways to help those in need in and around our community. Shawn, a registered Organ Donor, continued saving lives, till his very last breath

Now is our time to help Stephanie, SHE IS FACING EVICTION IN 9 days !!!!! As previously stated, due to health issues and slow season, finances were beginning to pile up for the Bernard’s. Fortunately, Stephanie was able to find a home in Port St. Lucie that she will be able to afford, as a widow and mother of 5. But she is not able to afford the First, Last, & Security without our help. It saddens me to share she is liquidating everything they own, in order to try and come up with the funding to move.

Please if you can find it in your heart to give even the smallest amount to help aid Stephanie during this extremely unexpected and tragic circumstance, it would be a blessing to her and her children.
