Dear Friends and Family. We are friends of Stephanie and Alex Vert. Stephanie is in the hospital after having had surgery to remove a brain tumor. The surgeon wasn't able to remove all of it, and Stephanie is in for a long recovery. Neither she nor Alex will be able to work for a long time as she recovers. These funds will also help their 3 daughters with travel expenses along with all of the other expenses of being 5 hours away from home for an undetermined amount of time.
