Support Stella's Fight Against Kidney Disease

Stella is one of the most courageous and determined people I know. I met her 14 years ago on as a medical mission trip to Kenya, and was touched by her situation - a young woman who had lost both parents to war and AIDs, and was valiantly trying to raise her younger brother and sister on her own. Stella eeks out a living as a street vendor, and over the years I have helped her with money for food, medicine, school tuition for her sister and young son, and even a new tin roof for her tiny house. About 2 years ago, Stella was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and has been hospitalized at least 3 times, which not only jeopardizes her ability to work but ultimately is life-threatening. The medicine she needs is not expensive by American standards, (between $25-$50/month) but it is far beyond her ability to pay. So I am humbly asking you to make a donation in any amount to help Stella buy the healthier food and medicine she needs to stay well and continue to care for herself and her family.
