Hello! My name is Stella. I’m currently a sophomore at North Carolina State University, majoring in History with the goal of becoming an archaeologist.

This summer, I have the opportunity to participate in an archaeological field school in Cyprus. It will provide me with hands-on experience in archaeology while working on my degree. I will spend a month on site, digging in the fields, and one day a week exploring the island through educational field trips. This experience will allow me to apply my classroom knowledge to actual excavations and learn from seasoned archaeologists, giving me the practical skills I need to pursue my career.

While this experience will be invaluable to my education, there are several costs involved that are not covered by my financial aid. These include tuition, textbooks, visa, passport, airfare, ground transportation, food, and other necessary expenses. Any contribution will go directly toward covering these expenses.
