It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of Kourosh Shahbazi’s passing after a brave but brief battle with cancer. His sudden and unexpected departure has left us all deeply shocked and heartbroken.

Kourosh was a truly remarkable person whose calming presence, gentle demeanor, and soft-spoken nature enriched our community. We will forever cherish his willingness to lend a hand and his invaluable, practical advice about almost anything. He touched so many lives with his kindness and generosity.

Kourosh leaves behind his beloved wife, Stella, and their cherished 8-year old daughter, Aria. As they navigate this unimaginable loss, they face not only profound grief but also unforeseen and unplanned financial challenges.

To support Stella during this incredibly difficult time, we are establishing a fund to help cover immediate needs such as funeral costs and other miscellaneous expenses. Our collective support can provide a crucial lifeline, allowing Stella and Aria to focus on healing and beginning to rebuild their lives without the added burden of these unplanned financial expenses.
