Hello, everyone!

My name is Stefanie Merelus and I am honored to hold the title of Ms. Black Florida USA 2024. I am on an exciting journey to compete for the national title of Ms. Black USA, and I need your support to make this dream a reality.

A Little About Me:

I am a proud Haitian-American, the first generation in my family to speak English and earn degrees up to the master’s level. I have recently completed my MBA, while simultaneously serving in the military as a reservist for the Air Force. I am a Senior Airman, a licensed insurance agent, and a realtor. My passion for real estate and wealth planning has fueled my desire to bridge the wealth gap in our communities.

As a mother of two incredible children, a 16-year-old son and a 19-year-old daughter who is in college, I have balanced my career, education, and motherhood. I have homeschooled my son, which has allowed me to nurture his growth while pursuing my own dreams. My journey has been challenging, but also deeply rewarding.

My Platform: Bridging the Wealth Gap

My platform focuses on providing education and resources to help individuals and families build and protect their wealth. Through my work in real estate and insurance, I have seen firsthand the importance of financial literacy and planning. I aspire to attend law school to provide legal representation and education on real estate matters, wills, estate, and trust planning to those who need it most.
