Hi All,

As you have heard, Stefanie has breast cancer. She has a great team of doctors at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and we are optimistic! And, there is a lot to do that costs money, and we all know our health care systems aren't great. I am making this gofundme because I know so many of us want tangible ways to support and there aren't many options for this, especially now. But if we can take some of the financial burden off of them, they can focus more on the task at hand- getting healthy.

What we know: Stef will need surgery, chemo (maybe once every two weeks), radiation (every day for 6 weeks), and travel down to Seattle for all of that. Insurance will cover some, but not all of this, and it will add up. I've started the fundraiser at $10K to cover the known parts not covered by insurance, but will increase it for all the other incidental parts, if we meet it.
