Support Stefan to become a world-class athlete

Dear friends and table-tennis fans, Many of you know Stefan personally. He chose to dedicate himself to this fast-paced sport at the age of 5 and since then he has been perseveringly training, developing, improving and performing. Stefan’s drive has been fully intrinsic as no one in our family has ever been involved in the sport. Stefan is only 10 years old, but he already competes professionally and represents Ireland at major international events. The following are some of his latest achievements, to name but a few: 3rd place at the home nations Primary Schools International, #9 in his very first European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) Talent Development Camp, 3rd place in the Under 15 y.o. category at the Finlandia Open and finally the runner up at his first ever World Table Tennis (WTT) Youth Contender in Czech. Table Tennis Ireland (TTI) have already preselected Stefan to represent the country in 10 more major international events by the end of 2023, of which 5 are ETTU events and 2 are WTT (for those who are not following table tennis closely, ETTU and WTT events are the equivalent of European and World cup events in other sports). Alas, unlike in other countries, the bulk of the cost falls on the parents’ shoulders. The average cost of these events ranges from €300 to €600. We would very much like to support Stefan’s further performance and passion and we therefore appeal to your small contributions, that hopefully will make at least some of these events a dream come true.
